Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to KS1 objectives.
• Providing one-to-one support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
• Promoting positive behaviour management strategies within the classroom.
• Supporting pupils' social and emotional development through structured activities and play.
• Contributing to the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources.
