- Due to internal promotion my client is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join their organisation.
- Working within the packaging and logistics industry you will be responsible for looking after existing account worth between £100,000 and £500,000.
- Experience at handling high revenue accounts is essential.
You will be based from home covering Accounts from the Midlands to the Northwest (M62 Corridor)
You will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to work in a consultative way with your clients. enoungh that you are providing an excellent service to your clients whilst growing existing revenue.
Assuming full responsibility for the commercial position of all customers within your portfolio, you will need to fully identify and understand all aspects of revenue and associated costs, risk and influencers. In order to enhance our decision making process, you will need to develop transparent and innovative commercial proposals to maximise profit.
Take ownership of and effectively manage the customer relationship by proactively establishing and agreeing the needs of both parties, acting as the catalyst in the relationship through which it is continually developed and improved, ensuring that we always deliver on our commitments.
Prepare and present cost benefit analyses
Gain understanding of P&L
Work to optimise company profits, by eradicating unnecessary activities whilst maximising those essential activities
Be Aware of ALL your commercial transactions with the account & the potential impacts with the customer & market place.
Develop understanding of the customer business, market, brands, products, flows, people, Decision Making Units
