Junior Sales Account Handler
Our client is a very fast-growing, innovative Insurtech firm, at the cutting edge of software development and an ever-increasing product portfolio. We are looking to recruit a Junior Sales Account Handler to join their expanding team.
Sales experience would be advantageous, however, it is all about your personality and drive to succeed! Candidates need to be bright, driven, and enthusiastic wanting to develop their customer service and sales skills.
You will learn new digital skills and handle clients dealing with their mid-term adjustments, queries, and renewals by email or by phone. Full product and skills-based training is provided, this is an excellent opportunity to gain skills in a technology-focused company.
Key Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure to hit targets
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A Friendly but professional telephone manner.
- The ability to gather and analyse information from the customer.
- The ability to identify and respond appropriately to an individual customer’s level of understanding.
Your benefits will include:
- Base Salary of £22.5kpa + OTE £27Kpa

Additional information:
- 37.5-hour working week
- Shift work between 8 am and 7 pm weekdays
- 9 am - 1 pm on Saturdays
