Junior Pensions Administrator

A leading Pensions Consultancy based in the heart of Essex is now seeking a Trainee/Junior Pensions Administrator.

You will join an established team where you will be trained on being responsible for performing a number of administrative tasks for a number of high profile client pension schemes. This can include handling new entrants, leavers, retirements, calculations and transfers, as well as updating relevant pension administration databases and liaising with various third parties such as client members, the Department for Work and Pensions and HMRC.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for producing letters to 'draft standards’ running calculations and amending/checking where necessary non-financial work

Educated to at least A’ level standard or equivalent and the GCSEs in Maths and English, at grade B or above, you will ideally possess some office based experience, (any financial services or pensions knowledge would be beneficial but not essential as full product training will be provided. Additionally it is essential that you possess excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to be able to demonstrate a numerical aptitude evidenced by work related experience or academic achievements.
