Konker is currently recruiting for a Junior Architectural Technologist to join an International Architectural practice based in their Bristol City Centre Office.
This Award-winning Architectural practice has been established for over 40 years and has won over 900 different awards in the company's history.
The practice has offices all over the world and their Bristol office is one of the biggest. Here, they have a strong Architectural team of 60 professionals from all different skill sets and experiences.
You will be working on projects across the South West and Wales, on some of the most talked about, high-profile projects in the region now.
New projects for this practice include super hospitals, state-of-the-art education centres, new surgical centres, and commercial/office developments which are all multi-million-pound projects.
The Position: Junior Architectural Technologist
  • Working alongside Senior / Project Leaders
  • Being mentioned by a Chartered Architectural Technologist
  • Working across all RIBA Stages but emphasis on stages 3-5
  • Producing technical reports and detailed design information
  • Liasing with different stakeholders (Architects/ Engineers/Clients/)
  • Using Revit daily
Salary for this Junior Architectural Technologist position ranges from £21,000-£27,000 (doe). As an employer, they offer a flexible working arrangement, mentoring for becoming Chartered (MCIAT) and many more benefits.
