I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who is looking for an IT Trainer/Coach with support skills to join their business.
The purpose of the role is to provide excellent training and support to in house users on all software and procedures and ensure users make best use of systems.
The training element of this role will include one to one and small group training sessions on the standard Microsoft suite of programmes as well some bespoke systems, CRM based software including providing relevant training notes and manuals.
The support element of the role will be to provide a telephone/email support function to in house users providing immediate support for the software.
The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification (or equivalent); an IT qualification.
You will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and have experience of training new software to users at all levels and have the ability to produce clear, logical training materials.
You will need to have a strong personality and a desire to support and help users achieve the best out of the systems and processes.
A confident communicator with the ability to work with people at all levels within the business with the ability to explain complicated technical issues in simple, easy to understand terms. You will be adaptable, logical, patient and calm, working well under pressure.
This is a full time, permanent position - Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
