Company Overview:

I am currently assisting a well valued client of mine located in the Chester area that are seeking to add to their Technical Support Team. They are dedicated to delivering a professional and polished service and a range of different products to their clients with the customers journey at the forefront of their work.

Opportunity:

My client is a Microsoft Partner that are looking to expand their team and seeking a versatile, ambitious individual with a background within IT Support that ideally specialises in Microsoft products (This isn’t essential). The opportunity will be based onsite out of their Chester based HQ. This role offers a chance to contribute to their dynamic environment and grow alongside them as you’ll being picking up a plethora of new skills. They are also keen to put the right candidate through the relevant exams and qualifications. The vision is that this individual will be a key member of the team and that you will grow as an IT professional across a number of key areas within IT.

Desirable Skills:

· Proven experience within an IT Support based role, ideally working with Microsoft products

· Experience working with Azure, PowerShell, Power Platform, Share Point, Defender

· A concise and clear communicator with prior client facing experience

· A noticeable passion for learning new technologies and the want to develop professionally

· Happy to travel to client site to assist with their needs

Essential Skills:

· Full UK Driving License

Responsibilities:

· Working closely with clients to understand and establish their immediate requirements and being able to convert them into potential projects for the future

· Delivering demonstrations of solutions that they have successfully implemented and provided for previous clients

· You will be working across the Microsoft stack building solutions across multiple applications

· Develop training material to assist the education of clients as and when required

· Working with suppliers to coordinate stock orders, repairs and stay up to date with the newest technologies on the market
