IT Support Technician - Up to 25k - Acton
IT Support Technician required by a well-established organisation within the Gas sector. The company are experiencing a period of growth and are looking to add a member to their technical team to support both the internal office environment and staff as well as remote end customers. The IT Support Technician will assist 25 internal end users with some remote support to overseas staff as well as supporting hardware including desktops and printers, MS Windows 10 and MS Outlook as well as some basic networking issues.
The IT Support Technician will be experienced with Active Directory, routers, firewalls and remote desktop connections. They will also be able to work autonomously and be able to manage their own time in a proactive manner. There is also opportunity to develop skills within the development area, if this is a passion for the successful candidate.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- Around 2 years experience with supporting both in a remote and hands on capacity
- Experienced in the support of a Windows environment, Active Directory, Office 365, firewalls and remote connections.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain technical matters to all levels of technical ability.
