IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST OPPORTUNITY WITH A LEADING GLOBAL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PROVIDER IN MANCHESTER
- Salary up to £34,000 + benefits including bonus, generous holiday allowance, company events + more
- On-site - central Manchester - mixture of shifts

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an IT Support Specialist to tend to a variety of technology requirements for company directors and associated individuals. This is a fully on-site requirement, with a mixture of shifts including on-call services.

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST ROLE:
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: diagnosing and finding solutions for all hardware and software issues, adhering to published processes and procedures whilst investigating changes, maintaining asset inventory ensure accuracy at all times. You'll need demonstrable experience supporting a VIP or executive user base, strong stakeholder management and great communication skills.
