Hours: Full-Time - Business Hours
Contract: 6 months (potential to extend)

We are currently recruiting for a IT Support Analyst to join this established international company. This role will start off as a 6-month contract providing essential support to the IT Department which will enable the smooth running of the day to day operations carried out by the team.
Duties of aIT Support Analyst - SharePoint:
The new IT Support Analyst will be supporting the in-house SharePoint 2013 installation mainly using workflows, 1st and 2nd Line Support. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve IT problems in regard to telephony, hardware and software systems. As well as this you will aid in the preparation and installation of new IT hardware and software, as well as working on the upgrades of all back-office systems. Other duties could include any other duties which may be required from time to time by the IT Manager which includes ongoing project work.

Am I the right person for this IT Support Analyst - SharePoint Role?
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience gained in a corporate environment. You will need to have excellent working knowledge of SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Designer and MSSQL Administration. Along with strong IT knowledge and proven experience in the following fields: Server Hardware, Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2 to 2016, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 and Android v5 and above.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of telephone systems, working knowledge of a variety of programmes and systems including: VOIP, Citrix XenServer & Citrix XenApp (minimum v5), Spiceworks, Linux and Internet/VPN.
