Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for your next adventure?

A creative arts company I am working with exclusively is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their young and growing team in the heart of London!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Laptop and desktop support on both macOS and Windows (predominately macOS)
  • Setting up and maintaining automated laptop build procedures
  • Working knowledge of LAN and WAN networking - Microsoft Windows-based networks, remote access, VPN, Meraki hardware and management tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange etc. as well as PowerShell
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing CCTV systems and recording equipment, door access systems and card readers
  • Stakeholder management, including working on VIP incidents, requests, and changes.

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an IT Support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Azure, O365, ITIL (certification preferable), ISO 27001 Information Security, etc.
  • Experience working with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Mac and IOS systems.
  • Ability to follow, improve and devise new procedures for others to follow.
  • Be a team player, that is resilient, organized, with a keen eye for detail, following recent technology advancements.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of technology (at least a 2:1)
