Role: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Due to continued growth, Borehamwood's leading managed service provider is looking for a talented IT Support Engineer to join their team asap.
As an IT Support Engineer your role will involved a mix of helpdesk and field-based support, proactively monitoring client's networks as well as dealing with issues escalated from the junior teams. There will also be regular opportunities to become involved in project work including some work on client sites.

Knowledge and Skills Required for the Role:
* Windows Server
* Active Directory and Group Policy
* Exchange Server / Office 365
* Windows 7-10
* Hyper-V or VMware
* Networking Experience
* Strong Customer Facing Skills
Desirable Knowledge and Skills:
* Mac OS
* Understanding of ITIL
* Relevant Industry Qualification
* Experience working for a Managed Service Provider
