v Understanding and implementing customer requirements
v Identifying and implementing any improvements to a customisation code-set to bring it in-line with company standards
v Investigating and remedying any faults occurring within a customisation or our software application(s)
v Identifying and escalating any software issues to the Support Manager
v Producing and maintaining a clear and succinct log of activities
v Analysing and understanding customer data and processing rules
v Writing and testing bespoke, criteria-based rule sets
v Following pre-defined procedures and documentation to aid timely task resolution
v Minimum 5 GCSE Grade C or equivalent, including English & Maths
v Minimum 1 year commercial experience
