You will provide a first class customer support service for bespoke business applications, so excellent problem solving and communication skills are prerequisites. The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate support for multiple software products by resolving technical queries where possible, or escalating the issue to the appropriate product support team.
Key skills and experience:
*Experience with 2 of the following platforms: Windows, Linux, UNIX, IBMi, z/OS
*Providing 1st/2nd line technical support
*Assigning unresolved product problems to specialist support engineers
*Communicating professionally with end clients throughout the issue resolution process
*Ensuring that problems are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements
