IT Service Desk Analyst

£10-20 per hour
12 month contract

A large global organisation based in Cheshire is currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to take on a 12 month contract

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large and forward thinking organisation working on a busy IT service desk. You will be responsible for carrying out day to day tasks of the IT Service Desk function - taking calls, working with internal employees, resolving their issues and answering IT queries.

Key duties include:
*Providing a consistent and customer focused approach when dealing with all telephone calls
*Troubleshoot and provide first contact resolution where possible
*Log tickets with accurate and clear information including priority
*Direct call routing to support teams and escalation where required

Ideally we are looking for candidates with the following experience / skills:
*Previos experience with an IT support role supporting a large user base
*ITIL environment experience preferred
