IT Service Design & Transition Specialist | To £55k | 80% WFH | Aldershot
I am working closely with an organisation who are going through a fantastic period of growth. As a result, they are on the lookout for an IT Service Design & Transition specialist to join their team, based four days per week from home.
Our client have an exciting project and product pipeline and they need someone who has hands on experience delivering multiple projects, products, and IT changes to a nationwide business. This role will see you working closely with multiple teams in the business and will have you designing and delivering end-to-end service proposals, support models, and service transitions - all whilst ensuring said projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality. You will be building relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and supply chain whilst adhering to relevant SLAs.
You will be working on technical projects, subsequently, you'll have to be able to break down some complex requirements into understandable business language for a range of stakeholders. You will be holding training sessions on relevant products/projects, and supporting the project team on producing relevant technical documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong experience in Service Design and Service Transition, and have demonstrable ITSM experience. Our client are working on some exciting projects within the cloud, so delivering both on premise and cloud based projects will be beneficial. You will need to have experience in an Agile environment. You will also have worked on process mapping, documentation, and implementations.
