IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our client on an initial 6 month contract. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, designing, and optimising our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Networks, Citrix, VMware, and Data Center Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure connectivity, performance, and security.
  • Manage and support Citrix environments, including XenApp and XenDesktop.
  • Administer VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere and vCenter.
  • Oversee data center operations, including hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement infrastructure improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
