Our client is a prominent and well recognised brand within the financial services sector. Due to growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a highly experienced and capable IT Incident Manager with a strong, broad technical background.
You will be responsible for the following:
Managing and resolving all major service issues, using world class operational Incident management procedures.
Owning and leading any incidents through resolution, minimising service impact, risk exposure and brand impact whilst ensuing clear and rapid communication delivered to those involved.
Ability to demonstrate significant experience of leading on ITIL and Incident Management
Track record of building, maintaining and influencing at an Executive level - up to and including CEO.
A broad technical knowledge across all IT disciplines including disaster recovery and business continuity.
Accountable for the delivery of continual improvements to ensure all internal systems are stable and secure
Ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 plus fantastic benefits
