Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to clients, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking components.
  • Conduct regular maintenance visits to ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement customized IT solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and incidents, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Document all activities, configurations, and resolutions accurately to maintain comprehensive records and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a field engineering or similar role, with a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and support.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting hardware (servers, desktops, laptops), software (OS, applications), and networking equipment.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
