Job Title: IT Communications Support Specialist
Location: Egham, with client site visits as required and remote work flexibility
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

As an IT Communications Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of their technical solutions, bridging the gap between their clients and IT experts. You'll provide unparalleled support and guidance, ensuring clear and effective communication channels at all times. From troubleshooting technical issues to explaining complex solutions in simple terms, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses via various communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and address client concerns promptly.
- Translate technical jargon into layman's terms, ensuring clear understanding and alignment between clients and technical teams.
- Assist in the development of communication strategies and materials, including FAQs, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on new technologies and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve communication processes and enhance the overall client experience.
- Provide mobile support as needed for on-site assistance and troubleshooting.
Work Arrangement:
- 3 days per week in Egham office or on client site, with the remaining days remote work flexibility.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within an MSP environment.
- Must have experience with G-Suite administration and support.
- Experience with cloud solutions, SharePoint, router installation and telephony.
- Familiarity with Azure is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset towards client satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
