We have a new role for an advanced organisation who are constantly pushing for pushing for positive change within their business, with continued success they are looking to add an IT Change & Release Manager to their technical services team.
The IT Change Manager oversees all IT change activities, including software releases and infrastructure changes, ensuring smooth operations. With a solid background in Change Management, you'll lead release governance, establishing frameworks for safe and efficient change delivery.
Core skills for this Change Manager
- ITIL Foundation v3 or ITIL4 is essential
- Candidates must have 2-3 years’ experience in an ITIL Change and Release Management role
- Ability to influence others to promote good working practices, or to change opinions
- Takes responsibility for tasks and sees them through to completion
- Highly organised, capable of assimilating and making sense of large amounts of data
- Thorough understanding of the Software development lifecycle, SDLC, & IT Infrastructures
- Possess a genuine desire to help people to facilitate change for the business
