The Company
Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with a financial services organisation in their search for an IT Business Partner. 

The Role
You will help to bridge the gap between business operations and IT services, helping to ensure that technology solutions align with business strategies and create value. Other key responsibilities include: 
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure delivery of meaningful results from strategic initiatives 
  • Promote innovation by identifying and integrating new technologies into business operations 
  • Ensure that the business's products, services and resources are tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of partners and customers
  • Leading by example and modelling desired behaviours, such as transparency, accountability and a focus on continuous improvement 
  • Develop deep domain knowledge of your Business unit's organisational functions 

The Requirements
This is an exciting opportunity to provide real value to the organisation. Key requirements include: 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including business leaders and IT staff 
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development and data analysis 
  • Ability to align IT strategy with business goals 
  • Previous experience of helping others to adopt new processes and technologies
