Invoicing / Administration Clerk

Our client are looking for a new member of staff to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will be undertaking various responsibilities including database maintenance, checking and inputting information and raising invoices on Sage software. The role involves working to deadlines, so this role would suit a candidate with good organisation and focus.

The successful candidate will be given training on the company software, but should be computer literate with good IT skills, a good working knowledge of Sage and Excel software would be beneficial, though not essential. The role will also involve communicating with other members of staff and clients via phone and email, so a good telephone manner would be ideal, as well as the ability to work and communicate well with others.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company, and may suit those who have recently left college or those who are looking to increase their office experience. Due to the location of this company, candidates must have a driving license and own transport.
