Main Responsibilities

  • Allocate international journeys to the appropriate service partner and ensure a smooth service delivery
  • Provide pro-active customer service at the highest standards
  • Providing quotations for both UK and International journeys
  • Supporting US and HK offices
  • Working across different departments to ensure smooth handling of client requests
  • To be the primary point of contact for live customer issues and respond immediately to real time exceptions relating to "live" bookings
  • To report all issues thoroughly to the International Supervisor and suggest preventive measures for future occurrences, ensuring that incident reports are comprehensively completed with all relevant information
  • To place prior to travel calls ensuring the vehicles for our clients are on location before the collection time
  • Adhoc administrative tasks


Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Essential

  • Demonstrate a passion for exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate previous experience in meeting and exceeding client expectations and handling client requests
  • Demonstrate previous experience of dealing with clients and service partners from different cultures and backgrounds
  • Ability to build relationships with service partners
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills
  • Experience of prioritising and effectively communicating customer requirements
  • Must have fluent spoken and written English / second language preferred
  • Good UK and Worldwide geographical knowledge
  • IT literate with ability to use different software applications
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • Flexibility around working hours
  • An understanding of ground transportation industry would be beneficial
