Sales and Performance Manager
Excellent opportunity for an Internal Sales and Performance Manager to join the fastest growing tech company in the North of England who aim to be the leading online car buying service. As the Sales and Performance Manager you will motivate and support a team of up to 10 Telesales personnel in achieving daily targets and KPI's. Key responsibilities will also include setting, achieving and reporting on KPI's as well as reporting on the capabilities of the team.
Responsibilities will include:
Being a self-starting leader, with strong initiative.
Driving, inspiring and managing staff.
Achieving high, profitable sales.
Coaching, mentoring and providing sales training in negotiation/telesales skills.
Vital motivator and Performance Manager of the Internal Sales Team to achieve and exceed KPI's.
Ensure that the team promote and maintain a strong, profitable purchasing performance.
Maintain and develop high standards of customer service.
Exhibiting a competent level of trade car values, and providing support in the valuation of cars.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you possess hands-on working experience as a Sales leader and have a competent and innovative leadership style, ambition and ability to achieve profitable sales.
