Investigo is pleased to be working with a Hertfordshire based client on their search for an internal Recruitment and Talent Manager. This role is perfect for an experienced volume Recruitment Manager looking to transition in house and pays up to £40,000 dependent on experience.
As Talent & Attraction Recruitment manger you will be responsible for all operational recruitment. Your team will manage end to end recruitment processes for 1000s of operational and delivery roles across the business.
You will personally ensure a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates is maintained throughout the year by developing creative and innovative attraction methods that keep the business a step ahead of the competition, giving you a role with variety and challenges with no single day the same.
Using your creativity you will design and implement affective multi-channel talent attraction strategies for volume campaigns, whilst utilising data to analyse their affectivenenss and use this to make improvements to the quality and quantity of potential hires, attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
In order to be successful in this role you will require demonstrable experience of the following:
- You will need to show how you create innovative attraction methods to meet demanding volumes of hires
- Ability to manage recruitment processes, ideally in both volume campaigns and more specialist recruitment
- Flexibility, you will cover a multitude of different roles where you will need to adapt your style and technique
- This is not a sit behind the desk type of role, you will spend a good amount of your time across business sites to understand local recruitment challenges, meet local providers to help evolve a site specific recruitment strategies.
