Internal Communications and Engagement Coordinator: Are you passionate about internal communications and employee engagement? Do you have a keen eye for detail? If so, we have an exciting new job opportunity working as part of the Internal Communications and Engagement Team at Ageas. We are looking for a talented, passionate and driven individual on a part-time basis to support the team in creating and delivering engaging and informative content and initiatives that help keep our people engaged, connected and informed.

As Internal Communications and Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting with our internal communication and engagement efforts. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create and deliver engaging content that informs, inspires, and connects our employees. Please note, this role is offered on a part-time basis up to 28 hours per week - actual days and hours to be agreed. This is a fixed-term contract for a period of 9-12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and delivering a variety of internal communication materials, including newsletters, internal social media posts, campaign materials, speaker briefs, presentations, and digital content
  • Ensure alignment with our communication plans and programme of activities
  • Internal Campaign Support:
  • Produce content to support internal campaigns. This can include preparing visuals and narrative to support messaging
  • Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders across the organisation on internal communication planning and best practice
  • Video Storyboards and Production:
  • Working with the wider team, internal stakeholders and third parties as appropriate to develop, create, and deliver storyboards for video production
  • Support with preparing and managing content for our internal social networking platform, Viva Engage, and our company SharePoint Intranet
  • Support with content creation for digital signage screens across all sites ensuring content is current
  • Assist in organising and delivering company-wide events such as Town Halls, All Hands meetings, breakfast sessions, and leadership events
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging content
  • Partner with external providers to ensure successful event delivery
  • Support with event logistics, including invitations, question management, feedback, and preparation of materials and branding
  • Coordinate with external providers to ensure seamless event production and delivery
  • Provide support for our range of wellbeing activities in line with our employee value proposition
  • Prepare communication materials and collaborate with external providers to promote employee wellbeing
  • Monitor and triage the internal communication inbox
  • Respond or reroute enquiries as appropriate, prioritising urgent matters

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in internal communications or a related role is preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, in particular, the Microsoft suite of products, including Viva Engage and SharePoint
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Confident at dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • A keen eye for detail
