-Managing a team of 6- split between 5 European locations
-Experienced HR Generalist- able to demonstrate where you have worked across the entire spectrum of HR responsibilities in a similarly sized business
-Recruitment: They are hiring across the business and will this person will need to feel comfortable with managing external relationships- and the entire 360 process-
- Internal promotion and salary reviews- advising on Reward across the business working with local country managers in their various country locations
-Review and develop HR policies
-Training: working with key stakeholders to internally design and deliver training to all areas of the business
To bring this role to life: They are a fun, collaborative and supportive environment. The team of 26 currently in London are likely to be 40 in a year, and fit is key- they need someone to introduce some HR process and work with the organisation and its people to do that in the right way. All the normal things like strong attention to detail, understanding of a commercial business and excellent interpersonal skills all apply as you will be working with and exposed to everyone in the organisation- but it is really important that the culture fit is right for them and you! They are a growing business, with a really nice group of people who are looking for some guidance from an HR perspective.
You must be able to travel across Europe as they will be infrequent travel required, and ideally you will be CIPD qualified, Degree educated is highly advantageous.
