INITIAL 3 – 6 MONTHS
Baltimore Consulting are currently working with a Public Sector organization based in the South West who are seeking and Interim Head of property on a Full Time and Interim basis for a period of 3 – 6 Months, possibilities of being extended.
The successful person will lead and manage the end to end aspects of the organisations property portfolio; from setting strategy and acquisitions, the management and maintenance, to disposal and receipts.
With over 1500 commercial properties, ranging from leisure centres, public toilets, council offices, schools, libraries, depots, social care premises, One Stop Shops, heritage buildings and monuments, art galleries and mines. The post holder will be working with the Service Director (Commercial Services) to develop the Corporate Landlord approach across the whole property estate.
The ideal professional will hold significant experience in a senior leadership role, whilst being able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and practical working experience managing all aspects of a property portfolio. In addition to a proven record of successful change management, delivering new working policies and practices alongside cultural and structural change, the successful person must hold experience in budget management within tight financial limits in a complex organisation.
Local Authority experience will be highly beneficial.
