Reed are delighted to be partnered with a leading insurer in Belfast City Centre who are looking to hire a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Advisor!

Due to sustained period of increasing revenue, and a growing renewal book, our client are taking on a new member of staff who will be working almost entirely remotely!  The only expectation is that suitable applicants will be able to attend c. 2 monthly meetings on site.

Specialising mostly in the area of motor insurance, you will be responsible for providing an excellent service to new and existing clients.  This role is permanent and offered on a full time basis.

All duties will be carried out remotely full time as the employer have invested in the most up-to-date technology to support their staff throughout the pandemic. When it is safe to do so, staff will return to on-site meetings approximately twice a month.

About the Job:

You will be required to service both inbound and outbound telephone calls from new and existing customers, matching customers to insurance policies that best meets their insurance needs while driving revenue to the business through upselling and capturing cross sales.

You will also do other tasks relating to the administration of insurance policies while adhering to compliance regulations.

 

Essential Requirements:

Suitable applicants will have gained a minimum of 18 months’ experience in an insurance company working in a Sales role, ideally within a commercial or motor team.

Strong communication skills are absolutely essential, as well as an aptitude to learn and undergo training on IT systems and procedures.
