Role:

• Start-up, inspire and lead the Inside Sales Representatives in driving towards new business with energy and strategy
• Collaborate closely with marketing to steer campaigns that hit their mark, showcasing your ability to lead and innovate
• Demonstrate top-tier sales skills through maintaining your own lead-generation
• Champion a high-performance sales culture with a sharp focus on maintaining a robust pipeline
• Ensure seamless collaboration and success through serving as the linchpin between your team and the company

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• You'll have between 2-4 years experience in a sales development role (essential!)
• You'll have experience in SaaS or Professional Services
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• You will have a competitive nature - i.e. done competitive sports
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
