Our client is a very well-established Logistics provider who is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive. The company has a reputation for staff retention and invests in its staff by offering excellent benefits for their employees as listed below.

This is a varied role, predominantly telesales where you will be cold calling for new business which involves reaching out to potential customers who have not previously engaged with the company, with the goal of generating leads, setting appointments, or closing sales, with occasional client visits as and when required.

Duties will Include:

Generating Leads:

  • Sourcing via social media sites, Linkedin, Google etc to Identify potential customers.
  • Cold calling potential new customers, networking, calling and emailing referrals and Lapsed customers.
  • Email marketing

Building Relationships:

  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Presenting Products/Services:

  • Effectively communicating the value and benefits of the company's offerings to prospective customers.

Negotiating Contracts:

  • Working with clients to finalize agreements, including pricing and delivery schedules.

Providing Customer Support:

  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • To be successful for the role you will need to have experience of working within a sales environment and be happy to cold call.
  • You will need to be enthusiastic, tenacious, and well organised with excellent IT skills
