This international freight forwarder currently requires an accomplished Inside Sales Coordinator due to company expansion. This role involves ensuring productive sales activities around established accounts, seeking new opportunities within these accounts, establishing new accounts along with servicing current requirements. The role will involve a lot of relationship building with these existing Clients over the phone and in certain cases face to face, to establish their needs, qualifying sales leads, preparing and following up mail shots, preparing rate proposals and quotations to customers whilst accurately maintaining the customer relationship management system (CRM).
Candidates must have a demonstrable track record in shipping or freight forwarding, be results orientated, used to achieving targets with good IT skills and the ability to develop business within defined customer accounts. With a strong customer focus, you will need to display a determined attitude, committed to succeed, have great communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
