With a transparent and fair fee structure, the focus of their service is on what's right for the client, not what's most lucrative for the adviser! Sounds refreshingly honest doesn't it?!
This opportunity exists as a result of the firm's continued growth, with their current team of financial advisers now at capacity, there can be a redistribution of clients to provide the new IFA with an established client base to manage.
Advisers are responsible for building relationships with clients to understand their individual needs, then helping them make the right investment choices, rather than simply trying to sell products. To be effective in this, advisers will have the experience of or aptitude for portfolio building, with a genuine interest in the economy and an intelligent, analytical approach to investment appraisals. It's likely therefore that you'll be at least level 4 (DipFA) qualified and could either be working as a self-employed independent financial adviser (IFA) or perhaps working within one of the major banks advising on protection products. Whatever your background, your focus must be on providing excellence in service that looks to protect the long-term relationships with the client base.
The firm looks to invest in the development of its team through supporting training. Therefore, if your desire is to achieve chartered status, there's financial support for this. With the benefit of this being an employed role, you will earn a competitive basic salary which is complemented by performance-based bonuses - bearing in mind that you'll start with an existing client base, these targets are very much achievable.
