Income Officer needed in Gloucestershire for an ongoing temporary contract

Your new role
As an income officer you will be working on a full time, 3 month contract and covering Chippenham, Gloucester and Oxfordshire. Your main office will be Chippenham and you will be reimbursed for your travel. You will be covering a patch of properties ensuring income management is overseen. You will be responsible for the current tenant rent arrears recovery process and other debts and work in relation to the Association's policies and procedures. You will be required to manage the work relating to all collection and recovery issues for a designated patch of properties. You will act as the main point of contact between the landlord and the tenant on issues relating to rent collection. As an income officer you will also be required to chase up rent arrears as well as carrying out court processes when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful income officer you must have relevant knowledge within income and housing law. You must have previous working in a similar role and understand rent collection processes and procedures. To be a successful income officer you must have a full driving license and have access to a car.
