They currently have opportunities within the business due to massive growth this year, and are looking for customer service advisors to join the business!
This is a permanent full time role based on a rota;

2 Weeks - Monday - Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
1 Week - Monday - Thursday 11:30AM-8:00PM + Friday - 10:00AM-6:30PM
With 1 in 3 Saturdays - 8:00AM-4:30PM (One day off back in lieu)

Duties (Initial duties)

-Taking inbound calls from banking customers in order to deliver world class customer service whilst resolving any issues such as amendments to contact details, general balance and transaction enquiries, ordering of cards, external transferring of funds ect..
-Operating within quality guidelines and external regulators specifically the FCA
-Handling initial complaints and escalating to complaints department if required.
-Protection of client privacy and commercial confidentiality.
-Maintaining and hitting KPI targets.
-Undertaking further duties determined as reasonable and necessary in fulfilment of the role.

What we are looking for
-Strong experience within Customer Service (Retail, Hospitality, Telephony)
-Team player with a 'can do attitude'
-Takes pride in working in a corporate and professional environment.
-Comfortable with maths (Grade C GCSE Maths)
-Confident, outgoing with an ability to build strong customer relationships.
-Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
-Ambitious with a desire to develop and progress.
