Customer Service Advisor - Full time and permanent - No experience needed, just a willing to learn!
Location: Bredbury, Stockport
Hours: Monday - Sunday (including weekends) - Shift work so flexibility is required
Our client is a global outsourcing organisation that operates in over 150 locations worldwide, and they are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their contact centre team at their Bredbury site in Stockport. Successful candidates will be provided with full company training so they're fully confident dealing with customers queries over the phone, providing them with the best level of customer service.
You will be responsible for dealing with all inbound enquiries from customers regarding their technical products and services, identifying and investigating a suitable resolution to the customers questions and problems. You will assist customers over the phone with basic and technical issues with of the company's products and services. It's important that you have excellent communication skills and can confidently provide a high standard of customer service over the phone.
The successful candidates will be given full training and continued support and development throughout their employment. Please be aware that you MUST be able to pass a full DBS and Credit Check in order for your application to be successful and you MUST be eligible to work in the UK.
