Are you looking for a full time inbound customer service role?
Are you an experienced customer service advisor, or do you have what it takes to become a highly skilled advisor following our award winning training program?
Working in a fast paced environment, you will be working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading providing customer service support and taking orders, via voice and email, to new and existing customers.
You will provide exceptional levels of customer service, assisting with various enquiries, including the on-boarding of new customers and managing retention activities to retain existing.
You’ll be working to deliver answers to all customers via voice and email, and support the business in our future development of live chat and social media channels.
Every call is different, and the ability to effectively control the call, in a calm and positive manner is essential.
- £15,500 per annum with potential earning up to £16,500 based on performance
- 37.5 hours per week
- 5 days between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday
- Start date 8th December
