In House Pension Administrator
This household name are looking for a Pension Administrator to join their established and friendly In House Pension Administration team. This is a great opportunity for somebody who wants to work in an environment where the aim is to provide the highest level of service to members rather than simply hitting third party admin SLAs.
The responsibilities of your role will be broad and varied but will primarily revolve around:
- Calculating benefits and issuing communications for their Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution arrangements
- Liaising with members, handling queries from active, deferred and pensioner members received via multiple channels
- Achieving the best possible outcomes for all scheme members
Candidates must have some previous experience of working within a a pensions administration department, and will have experience of using pensions administration software systems.
You will ideally be working toward a pension related professional qualification such as QPA or CPC etc. and be organised, motivated and have a keen eye for detail.
