As a Telesales Consultant you will be responsible for making appointments for property viewings for our Luxury Villages across the country. You will be the first contact for any future clients so you need to be a real brand ambassador for this luxury lifestyle company. A good customer service approach is important in order to maximise sales potential.
- Contacting leads by telephone to secure appointments on a daily basis
o These leads will be from our database of customers or warm leads where a customer would have received communication from us
- Overcoming customer objections
- Acting as an ambassador for the Company at all times
- Experienced in Telesales/Sales
- Experience of working in a targeted environment

This role is ideally suited to a confident communicator, with a good service ethos, good PC skills and who would relish the opportunity to work and progress in a results oriented environment.
37.5 Hours a week, Mon-Fri
