This role is for a Software Implementation Consultant / Professional Services Consultant / Implementation Project Manager or similar, who has experience with implementing supply chain software and understands inventory forecasting & management and demand planning and the interaction with mainstream ERP software. Or you may be working in a Supply Chain role and have been part of an implementation of Inventory Forecasting or ERP software on site.
You will assist with all stages of implementation projects including some pre-sales, through requirements, analysis and training to installation of the software. You need to have a broad view of supply chain & inventory management and a strong understanding of your clients' needs. Starting salary from £35 - 45k depending on your level of experience, plus car allowance and benefits and annual bonus. Head office is based near Redditch and you would be expected to be in the office a couple of days a week and to be travelling to client sites.

They provide a best-of-breed solution that integrates with ERP software; they work across a very varied base of industries and sectors and can provide you with challenging and interesting & diverse projects.
You need good functional skills and the ability to understand the clients' requirements, and should be capable of leading implementations, including project planning, requirements, statements of work, and overseeing the clients' adoption and training before implementation. You will be a good coach and an excellent communicator, able to develop and build strong relationships and empathise with your customers.
- Implementation of ERP, Warehousing, Stock Control or Supply Chain solutions, ideally focusing on inventory management and forecasting
- Able to lead software implementations
- Strong analysis and real understanding of business processes
- Retail, wholesale or distribution knowledge would be useful
- A clear communicator with strength of character and able to empathise with clients
- Experience in training users and handling their change management issues
This is an excellent opportunity for a Software Consultant to really grow into this role and have a lot of personal input into shaping the job and the business, working on demanding and challenging projects.
