Award winning CIBSE Low Carbon Consultants handling projects across the South of England seek to strengthen their Devon office by the appointment of a Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer


Joining a highly experienced team, you will be involved with a wide range of design & design project management activities including:

  • Full HVAC Mechanical Services design, both concept & detail, with heat loss/ cooling calculations & equipment selection
  • Thermal modelling
  • Compilation of reports
  • Contributing to meetings with clients, contractors & other disciplines
  • Undertaking surveys for condition & due diligence purposes

Job Requirements:

  • Ideally qualified to degree level in a Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering discipline
  • Good experience of Mechanical Services design & associated engineering calculations
  • Seeking a position offering scope to assume further responsibilities and to progress your career
  • Highly focused on the delivery of sustainable & innovative low carbon design solutions
