The Human Resources Executive, Stockholm will report into the Human Resources Director and assist in the implementation of the human resources policy for the EMEA Headquarters and across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
The Human Resources Executive, Stockholm will be responsible for providing an advisory, counselling and training service to management and all staff in matters relating to human resources (including disciplinary actions and investigatory reviews), ensuring all new initiatives are rolled out in a timely manner including HR annual events. Other responsibilities will include preparing annual salary data, providing salary recommendations, producing reports to highlight areas of concern such as sickness reports, assessing the working environment and maintaining an in depth understanding of current employment law.
This role requires the need to build new and maintain existing relationships at all levels. This role will act as the prime contact for other members of the team who may require assistance.
The successful Human Resources Executive, Stockholm will ideally be educated to degree level within Human Resources or similar and will have a minimum of five years' experience working within a generalist Human Resources role. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
