Work Pattern: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Working directly with the HR Director the position will be jointly responsible for the provision of professional advice to both staff and management across the entire spectrum of HR specialisms.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a good level of legislative knowledge and have the ability to apply this to a wide variety of operational situations through a practical and commercial approach.
In addition, the role will require an active involvement in influencing and investigating disciplinary and grievance matters, policy writing, absence management, performance management and ongoing project work, therefore you will need to have previous personal experience in all of the above areas.
CIPD qualification or equivalent is necessary. Excellent communications skills both verbal and written are essential. The position will be the HR system super user therefore an affinity for systems and reporting is vital.
