My client an international organisation, market leading in their field is looking for and exepereinced Workday HRIS technical lead to support the Group Head of HRIS and other stakeholders to deliver implementation and organisation projects.

You will take the lead on configuration design and development: Data Structure, Business Process and Role design
As critical user for Workday Data: Create and manage EIB data loading strategies both for roll outs and ‘BAU’ mass data initiatives
Manage onsite HRIS Analyst Team – coach, mentor and develop. Design and oversee workloads
Support the Group Head of HRIS and other stakeholders throughout implementation, cutover and support phases.
Deliver system enhancements and manage the cyclical Workday update processes / tenant maintenance processes
Helps lead on implementation / design workshops.
Support in test phase by drafting / writing test scripts and other adjacent toolkits
Build WD reports as per business requirements and in line with data strategy
