I am delighted to be recruiting for a prestigious client based in the heart of Durham on a fixed term contract until late 2020.

My client is looking to appoint a HR/Payroll administrator to support the HR & Payroll Systems team.

Do you have HR or Payroll experience? Are you used to working with multiple systems? Then this could be the role for you. You will be be preparing payment of salaries to employees, including weekly hourly paid workers, dealing with pay queries and administration of pay-related documentation.

Are you able to prioritise? As this team takes a lot of calls so you will be dealing with queries as quick and efficiently as possible alongside escalating any queries upwards. You'll provide basic tech support for HR/Payroll systems and maintain good relationships along the way. There will be an element of writing & analysing reports so experience doing this previously would be very advantageous.

Excellent IT skills are essential.
