HR Officer (12 month contract)

Reed HR are working with an organisation located in Lewisham that require an HR Officer to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract to start the beginning of April.

This position would suit an HR Administrator, Assistant or Officer who has worked within an HR department including experience of payroll, HR systems, recruitment and employee relations.

This is a generalist HR role working within a matrix HR Department and duties will include;

- Support the HR Business Partner with all generalist duties
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Advise on employment terms and conditions
- Process payroll changes
- Update all starters and leavers
- First line employmee relations

This is an outline of duties and will be involved with other aspects.

This is a great opportunity for someone to develop in a 12 month fixed term contract and they require someone who is studying CIPD worked within an HR environment.
