Regional Coordinator - Sussex - 3 Month FTC - £26,000.00 - £30,000.00p/a
REED HR are currently working with a client based between Sussex and Surrey to recruit an interim HR Coordinator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be a generalist HR professional with advisory, systems and payroll experience.
- Advising employees and managers on a range of HR issues such as maternity, paternity, holiday, absence, employee relations etc.
- Systems administration and managing the HR database, keeping records up to date and inputting data
- Recruitment and overseeing the onboarding process of staff; starters, leavers, issuing and amending contracts
- Payroll administration, ready to submit to the outsourced payroll service.
- HR project work
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified as a minimum and will be immediately available to start.
