Great opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to work for an established business. The HR Coordinator will cover all generalist HR duties with a focus on employee relations and recruitment. The HR Coordinator will work in a bubbly and friendly team and will provide HR support to all staff within the business.

This is a 6 month temp role with a strong chance of becoming permanent (although this is not a guarantee) for the right candidate who hits the ground running.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR advice, support and guidance to all staff
  • Coaching and mentoring line managers on HR policy
  • Employee Relations - dealing with all ER issues through to resolution including managing a caseload
  • Recruitment - supporting with all recruitment from writing job ads, booking interviews right through to interviewing candidates

The candidate:

  • CIPD qualified at level 5 or above. Those currently working towards the CIPD qualification will also be considered if you have relevant working experience within a HR function
  • Keen eye to detail
  • Must be a hardworking team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Must have a proven track record of successfully managing and resolving ER issues
  • Must have previous recruitment experience
