Your new company
Due to substantial and continued growth over the past few years, this engineering company is looking for a HR Assistant to join the team in Horsham. You will be reporting directly to the HR manager and will provide support across all areas of the HR and Recruitment process.

Your new role
As a HR Assistant, you will support the recruitment and selection of staff, support the administration of the Employee Benefits Schemes, provide assistance with the HR and ER policies, documentation and procedures. You will also be assisting the HR Manager with general day-to-day HR tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within HR or recruitment, as well as working within the engineering or technical sector.
